IGT, Bally, Intralot and WMS all champing at the bit for ICE to open

ICE-2013-think-bigOne thing that you can be sure about when attending ICE Totally Gaming conferences is there will be huge number of firms aiming to grab your attention as they show off their extensive product ranges. The conference, which takes place at ExCeL Centre, London, from February 5-7 is the largest gathering of gambling industry firms on this side of the world and promises to biger and better than ever at its new venue. This year’s slogan, Thinks Big, has given companies extra impetus to put on a show and make their stand the one that everyone is talking about. We’ve outlined the efforts of four firms that will be attending this year’s firms and what attendees can expect.

Multi-channel gambling firm International Game Technology (IGT) will try and put internal struggles behind them when they rock up with likely one of the larger stands to take in the surrounds of the ExCeL Centre. Among the content making its debut on their stand will be their new CSI: Video Slots product. Visitors to the stand will be able to see the three-in-one game that means players can choose to base the game on their favorite version of the show. This will be alongside a number of other branded titles including Sex in the City: Out on the Town and the Star Wars Trilogy. All of this sits alongside a growing online presence and their king pin remains the DoubleDown Casino they acquired for a hugely inflated sum last year and is now at the forefront of their slant towards social gambling.

Bally Technologies are another that is increasingly looking at the possibilities online may present in the future. At ICE, though, the focus will very much be on their land-based offering, with the company announcing earlier this week they’ll be hosting one very special guest at their stand. On Wednesday, February 6, Bally welcome everyone to Stand S3-310 from 3-5 p.m. where the star of HISTORY’s Pawn Stars, Rick Harrison, will be there to promote the company’s new video slot based on the show.

Intralot’s Interactive arm will unveil the newest version of its Universal Gaming Experience Suite that allows the convergence of multiple User Interaction Channels. Anyone visiting the stand will be able to experience everything that firm has to offer whether it be the Universal GameStream Suite that delivers Virtual Entertainment from beginning to end or its Live, Virtual and Pre-Recorded Racing services to the betting industry.

WMS has started to move into the iGaming industry in recent times with the creation of their Williams Interactive subsidiary taking centre stage at the stand that will be located at S8-210. Visitors will be able to experience some 60 new and unique ‘for-sale’ and ‘premium’ products at the upcoming exhibition with a number of things from the WMS’s diverse portfolio on display. Williams Interactive products on display will include those must-have services that address the wagering needs of the consumer. There will also be a chance to see Williams Interactive’s suite of branded content across mobile, social, online and free-to-play gaming.

We’ve only highlighted a few of the offerings at what will be a conference full of product launches and surprises with the best part being entry is completely free of charge. Registration is still open at this link.
