Lyceum Media Holiday iGaming Social Shitshow Review
We’ve done it again folks, another year in online gambling land is signed off with one last bang, the one and only Lyceum Media Holiday iGaming Social.
This time around, Jodie of Lyceum Media chose No. 5 in Cavendish Square as the spot, the bottom floor reserved for our group only plus the location was nice and central for everyone.
Drink sponsors bet-at.eu kindly hooked us up with some free booze and Jon Thompson of Ladbrokes treated the crowd to 70+ shots of redbull vodka, promptly causing the wheels to fall off of just about everyone’s wagon.
Tonight’s social was a bit more, shall we say, “colorful” than most as many guests were drunk drunkedie drunk due to drinking all day and in some cases, still drunk from the night before. Many guests were coming off a heavy session at the EGR Awards the night before (cough) and many of those guests also attended the iGaming SUPER Show holiday lunch earlier in the day which was also full of booze. The result? Octopus arms. Eek.
Other than the usual shenanigans that happen at all online gambling industry do’s, highlights from the party included the abundance of mistletoe, free flowing candy canes, chocolate gold coins from Seamus, some killer dance moves on the dance floor, a lovely Christmas address from Caselli while standing on the bar and a stellar performance from 4x DAF award recipient Karim W.
