PartyPoker’s Premier League Mixed Game Championship concluded with Andy Frankenberger taking home this year’s crown. The reigning World Poker Tour Player of the Year took down a tough final table that included recent November Niner Matt Giannetti and four others. All the more remarkable was the fact that Frankenberger started the day in joint last. It’s his first success in Europe and an interview with the American seemed to reveal that he thinks himself just that little bit smarter than the rest of the field. He studied the tournament points system you see. It all means that he take home the first prize of $100,000 with the remaining players scrabbling around in the dirt with the following prizes:

  1. Andy Frankenberger $100,000
  2. Andrew Feldman $87,399
  3. Sorel Mizzi $45,000
  4. Max Pescatori $35,000
  5. James Dempsey $30,000
  6. Matt Giannetti $25,000
