The World Series of Poker is off to a great start at the Rio despite all the online poker drama that has been creeping around the globe. Sadly the WSOP party scene has taken a hit due to the drama, but the good news is that even if there were zero organized WSOP parties, one thing will always remain the same…its Vegas, baby. You are guaranteed to have fun.
Luckily we are still blessed with several WSOP parties that will succeed in fulfilling our stripper and poker needs. The Bluff Magazine party at Sapphire takes place on Wednesday, July 6th, the Annual 2+2 Party takes place on Thursday, July 7th and CalvinAyre.com will be gamblin’ drinkin’ & carryin’ on at both.
You can find the Bluff Party details at last week’s Becky’s Bender and the 2+2 Party at the Wynn includes complimentary food and bev, exclusive use of the sportsbook lounge and TONS of poker tables. 2+2 owner Mason Malmuth has announced that Republican Presidential Candidate Gary Johnson, former New Mexico governor and big supporter of online poker, will be in attendance as well. Be sure to catch Governor Johnson around 6pm, bring your appetite and don’t forget your poker face- you’re going to need it!
