Colts punter drunk and carryin on wins DAF award

Drunk as Fuck (DAF)… it’s an award that is bestowed upon individuals willing to take drinkin and carrying on to a level worthy of praise…

The Indianapolis Colts punter Pat McAfee has made headlines after police picked him up early Wednesday for being drunk out of his mind in public. McAfee was allegedly intoxicated and had been swimming in a canal in a nightlife district before police snatched him up.

Don’t judge this man. People love to hold professional athletes to higher standards than they are willing to hold themselves and that’s just not right. Being drunk and soaking wet from swimming in a canal can happen to anyone. It’s called drinkin and carryin on, and it’s called being a 23 year old in the NFL. Give the kid a break. If anything, McAfee sounds like a great guy to hang out with. He didn’t hurt anyone and he didn’t attempt to drive, as far as I see it, any man willing to let loose like that is a great guy to have a few pints with.

And for those hard core Colts fans, relax, he’s a punter, it’s not like he’s Peyton Manning. My question is, where the hell were his boys? You can’t leave a fellow soldier alone in that state. Us industry professionals know how to have a great time, gamblin, drinkin and carryin on, but there’s a general rule, you don’t leave a drunk comrade wet and cold without his shirt by himself. No, you take pictures of him and then present him with the DAF award the next morning and then you do it all again the next night. That’s how we roll.
