I’m not going to call it an upset, but there’s a whole lot of Brazilians who are very upset right now after the Netherlands ended Brazil’s World Cup campaign. It was an amazing performance by the Netherlands who were badly outplayed in the first half, but rallied with two goals in the second half to take control of the game. For Brazil, it was a complete meltdown, particularly by Melo, who’s own goal was just the beginning of his nightmare. He would later be sent off with a red card leaving his team down to ten men.
