Delaware’s casinos may have roared out the gate first, but it’s Pennsylvania’s planned entry into the table games business that gives Atlantic City casino bosses nightmares. Pennsylvania is planning on offering 700 table games, 3.5x the number that will be available in Delaware, and Philadelphia (the nation’s sixth-largest city) is only an hour away from Atlantic City.
