Bwin/PartyGaming merger a done deal by summer?

Big win for Bwin (and fellow defendants Sportingbet, Unibet and 888) as a French court has dismissed charges brought against the online companies by a collection of French land-based casino groups. In other Bwin news, the Austrian magazine Format is reporting that the much-ballyhooed merger between Bwin and PartyGaming will be a done deal by summer. So far, no one from either company has confirmed or denied the report. Read more.
