Kentucky’s Supreme Court recently set aside IMEGA’s appeal of the state’s seizure of 141 online gambling domains, claiming that the group lacked standing because none of the defendants had identified themselves as belonging to IMEGA. But now Yatahay Limited, owners of TruePoker.com (one of the domains in question), have stood up and said in a loud clear voice “I’m Spartacus, er, an IMEGA member!” Hopefully, this will resolve the issue of standing and the Kentucky justices can get on with ruling on the actual (il)legality behind the state’s attempt to heist the domain names.
