Taiwanese street gamblers fail to make clean getaway

TonyMontanaCrime fighting in Taiwan may be a low-tech affair, but it’s effective. A plainclothes police officer in Taipei ever so casually sidled up to a dozen illegal street gamblers, then proceeded to empty a cup of talcum powder all over the presumably gobsmacked crowd. The gamblers immediately fled, but were easily identified later on. Really, would have loved to have heard their attempts to deny the telltale marker: “Talcum? No, this is cocaine.
