In the bankruptcy court battle with Carl Icahn over possession of the three Atlantic City casinos that bear Trump’s name, the Donald’s legal eagles are arguing that Icahn “can’t get the benefits” of the name if he wins control of Trump Entertainment Resorts Inc.. Maybe it wouldn’t be bad if Trump’s name disappeared off the marquee – perhaps the thing that’s been weighing down Atlantic City’s performance of late has been the sheer mass of that damn combover.
