While all the talk in Europe has been whether or not PartyGaming and Bwin will quit flirting and get together, two of South Africa’s leading operators have already made their first move and got thmselves a room. It’ll have to be a big room too as Gold Reef Resorts Ltd and Tsogo Sun Holdings Ltd’s merger has created South Africa’s largest gaming company by far with an expected market capitalisation of £1.75 billion.
