Psychiatrists binge eating on new ‘disorders’

In the first complete revision of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) in 16 years, ‘gambling addiction’ is being recognized by the American Psychiatric Association as a bona fide medical condition. Then again, so is ‘binge eating’. And ‘internet addiction’ is on the bubble. Regardless, Tiger Woods will be ecstatic at the potential inclusion of ‘hypersexual disorder,’ which will have him lining up overnight at Barnes & Noble to get Elin the first copy to come off the press. “See, honey?
