First there was the Jamaican bobsled team, then there was Eddie ‘The Eagle’ Edwards and now there’s Kwame Nkrumah-Acheampong, aka ‘The Snow Leopard’.

Nkrumah-Acheampong is the first Ghanaian to qualify for the Winter Olympics and Paddy Power isn’t about to miss out on the publicity.

The Irish bookmaker has jumped to the aid of the 500-1 shot for skiing gold by agreeing to sponsor him and doubtless will soon be offering odds on which actor will play the role of The Snow Leopard when Hollywood makes the film. Will Smith’s got to be a shoo-in.Read more.
