US Open Hotties
Two favourites on the women’s side of the 2011 US Open are already gone. First the announcement that American tennis star Venus Williams was pulling out of the US Open due to an unspecified illness, then the 6 seed of the tournament, Li Na, was eliminated by the woman that guys who love sexy tennis players just adore, none other than Simona Halep.
I can think of two very big and yet firm reasons why Simona Halep advancing is great news:
1. More 3D TV of Simona Halep
Of course, she did play spectacular tennis to beat the French Open Champion, and it would be good for the game to see the Romanian teenager make a run, but that’s not the second reason I was thinking…
Inspired by Simona Halep’s first round upset of Li Na, here’s my list of the 2011 US Open Tennis Hotties:
Simona Halep – Her defeat of Li Na was a big win for the young Romanian and a huge win for all red-blooded males.
Andrea Petkovic – This young German Women’s Doubles player is amazingly fit and amazingly hot.
Julia Goerges – She just happens to be the women’s doubles partner of Andrea Petkovic- Nothing wrong with cracking a beer, putting your feet up and watching these two hotties bouncing around playing tennis. Amen?
