    With social media, customers are enabled to express their own opinions (that may result in a good promotion) about the product companies are offering. In the absence of an internal forum, social media is a good venue for comments, opinions, and the like.

    brand awareness + interaction with viewers are the main ordeal on a successful social media strategy. Even without a strong brand, or creating a strong brand would probably take time to have the INTEGRITY overall.

    Branding and customer engagement should indeed be the main objectives for a sportsbook to invest in a social media channel. Indirect customer acquisition can result from an appealing and lively application and a positive interaction with the brand could only stimulate that.
