The three stooges

Mark Zuckerberg must have thought his luck was in yesterday – how very wrong he was. The Facebook pests that are the Winklevoss brothers had conceded defeat in their battle to eke every last penny they could out of the social network behemoth. Tyler and Cameron are still pursuing their belief that the 2008 cash-and-stock settlement for $65million grossly undervalued for a company that may be set for a $100billion IPO early next year.

The twins and partner Duvya Narendra with the US District Court of Massachusetts filed Friday’s motion and they’re asking the court whether Zuckerberg and Facebook, “intentionally or inadvertently suppressed evidence”.

This Winklevoss twins sure as hell don’t let go of that bone once they’ve had a taster. It’s fair enough they’re putting up a fight but seeing as though they’ve got their money it’s maybe about time they LET. IT. GO.

Who knows how many films all these guys might get out of lawsuit after lawsuit. The Social Network was a success so are Zuckerberg and the Winklevii just colluding so that they get more Oscars to share?

Talking of films, the couple made famous by the Vancouver riots aren’t the frauds that some people might have been suggesting. Video from YouTube seems to show that the female did get seven shades of shit kicked out of her by a riot shield and her boyfriend was simply comforting her – not simply trying to get a cheeky leg over on the streets of the city. You could see the couple also starring in a film about that night. They do have a “celebrity publicist” now after all.
