Becky’s Bender: Bluff Magazine WSOP Party @ Sapphire
The WSOP is already in full swing and the Main Event is just around the corner…but where are all the WSOP annual parties that we are used to attending??
Sadly it seems that Black Friday caused a number of WSOP Main Event party cancellations and budget reductions, yet another ripple effect from the actions of the DOJ. Despite the closure of the “big three” in the US online poker space, the WSOP and its parties are pushing on and if you’re Vegas bound, don’t worry, you’ll still have fun.
CalvinAyre.com will be covering the WSOP Main Event and the team is hard at work planning out a social schedule that will produce a f’n good video. While the parties may be farther and fewer between, trust us they are still happening. Stay tuned with Becky’s Bender over the next few weeks you’ll know exactly where to go and when.
Lets begin with Wednesday July 6th. Clearly Black Friday has not stopped Bluff Magazine from throwing their annual party at Sapphire, plus this year will be bigger and better than ever seeing as there is probably nothing else going on that night. Hosted by poker pals Phil Laak and Antonio Esfandiari, this party offers free transportation, an open bar, the Morris Twins, a lot of poker players and even more topless babes.
