Bosh Styling in South Beach

Let me get this straight. Move from Toronto to South Beach, shave your dreads and sport some waves, lose about 10-15 pounds of muscle and start rolling with D-Wade and LBJ and all of sudden you’ll get a Maxim photo shoot? Is that about right Chris Bosh?

I don’t know, I just never thought I’d see the day that Chris Bosh the skinny baller from Georgia Tech would be ankle deep in the model pool, trying to look like Tyson Beckford, posing and ‘stuntin’ for pictures at a Maxim shoot. Good on him.

When you look at this video, it’s not at all hard to understand why Bosh and LBJ took their talents to South Beach. In fact, to be blatantly honest, they both would be damn fools to have stayed in their respective cities, and I’m not just saying that because they’re balling right now.

We’re talking about Toronto and Cleveland versus Miami, South Beach. There’s no contest. Bosh shows up, and next thing he knows he’s a male model, styling and profiling, giving advice to guys on how to find the right woman. His Icon status has gone through the roof with this career move.

But I don’t know, there was something a little unsettling to me as a man, at around 3:20 where Bosh starts splashing water. I can’t call it, it just didn’t feel right, not sure I was supposed to be watching a man that size do…that, in that way. Can’t see myself getting a Maxim poster cut out of Bosh to put on my wall, doing…that.

bosh in a pool Maybe it’s just me, you judge for yourself, and tell me if you don’t feel like a three dollar bill…Which as you probably realized, would be pretty damn queer, a three dollar bill that is.
