32Red inks sponsorship with Northern Racing

Recently, 32Red launched it’s blackjack app for the iPhone which can be downloaded from Apple’s iTunes store, and will allow users of the Apple iPhone to the ability to play real money blackjack with the push of a few touch screen buttons.

Now 32Red is continuing it’s expansion into racing endeavors with it’s new sponsorship deal with Northern Racing. The six-figure deal will see 32Red’s logo prominently displayed on starting stalls at Newcastle, Chepstow, Bath, Brighton, Ffos Las and Great Yarmouth for the duration of the next three flat racing seasons beginning in March of next year.

The deal signed is a three year sponsorship with Northern Racing’s six flat racecourses in the UK. In the release, Ed Ware, CEO of 32Red commented “Our stalls advertising with Northern Racing in 2010 proved very successful so we were thrilled to take the opportunity to become official stalls sponsor at all six tracks over the next three years.”

For Northern Racing the deal is consistent with the company’s initiative to explore business opportunities of high profile sponsorships and naming rights across its racecourses and properties.

Northern Racing’s group managing director Tony Kelly said of the deal, “We are delighted to be entering into this partnership with 32Red, and we look forward to an ongoing and mutually beneficial relationship.”
