NRL game latest to be fixed?

Kangaroo KoalaAfter seeing the global exposure that can be gained from having a scandal take over your sport, especially one to do with betting, Australia’s rugby league competition the NRL are investigating a special exhibition game they put on once a year.

Officials have got police involved after the Western Kangaroo against the Northern Koala game involved a flood of bets being made on which one was the taller of the two, just before the koala slipped on a pair of stilts. The police are now involved and the offending koala is helping with their inquiries. Read more.
