TWL seal deal before window closes

No-one can criticise The Weather Lottery (TWL) for not making the moves this summer, and on the transfer window’s final day they’ve made their move.

TWL have signed a deal with Glasgow Rangers which is pretty much exactly the same as the deals that they’ve signed with Sheffield Wednesday, Leicester City, Middlesbrough, Derby County and Coventry City.
