State by state is the only way this can roll out now….but even this will be minus sportsbetting as this is blocked under federal statute to most states including New Jersey. Poker will also have critical mass issues in most states. I see this as a good thing as it will be the last nail needed in the validation of what we have been saying for nearly 20 years…online gaming is just another form of entertainment.

I have an article coming out later this week that gives our opinion on what the odd are of a Federal license any time soon…but here is a hint….think your kinds careers not yours…and most if not all nonUS companies will be blocked from getting a license in any event….and this will also be minus sportsbetting….the great evil in the US.
