Cereus-Network-Blanca-GamesThe Kahnawake Gaming Commission has approved the sale of the Cereus Poker Network — the umbrella entity controlling UB.com and Absolute Poker — by its parent company Tokwiro Enterprises to Antigua-headquartered Blanca Games Inc.. Terms were not disclosed. Blanca’s CEO Stuart Gordon (founder and operator of bingomania.com and Helix Gaming International, Ltd.) says players should not expect a different experience when they log on, and also sought to reassure players that “security is and will remain our top priority.” Blanca, which Gordon launched for the express purpose of making gaming acquisitions, also has offices in Costa Rica, where both UB and Absolute Poker are situated.
