In a month where ISPs are taking a battering in many far flung corners of Europe, it’s emerged that any sites that make it through filters that are being forcefully applied to ISPs in Bulgaria will end up in jail. Don’t pass strip joints, don’t collect 200 leva.

The government’s tough stance on gambling has been attacked on more than one occasion, and the outrageous laws make it no surprise. You also have to invest €500,000 before they’ll even consider you. It’s like joining a bloody Masonic lodge. Read more.
