Piggs Peak to appeal South African online gaming ban

Piggs-Peak-South-AfricaPuritans and protectionists were all set to celebrate a South African court’s decision to ‘illegalize’ online gaming, when those spoilsports at Piggs Peak went and rained on their parade. The Swaziland-based online gaming site has announced it will continue its appeal of the court ruling until all its legal options are exhausted. And really, when you hear officials stating that they intend to ape the discredited American tactic of compelling financial institutions to act as the court’s enforcers, well, this ruling has ‘unworkable’ written all over it.
