Hypocrisy sets sail on Florida casino boat
Jacks Or Better is the name of a shipboard casino that operates out of Jacksonville, Florida. Up to 500 people board the vessel, after which they head three miles out to sea, whereupon the boat’s 200 slot machines and 14 gaming tables magically become legal to operate and enjoy. Miraculously, despite federal and state law enforcement officials being fully aware of these goings-on, none of these gamblers nor operators are arrested upon their return.
