Rumor has it that Shaquille O’Neal has made another big move other than his signing with the Boston Celtics. Apparently Shaq has proposed to girlfriend Nicole Hoopz Alexander. You might remember Hoopz from that wacky reality TV series Flavor of Love, you know the one with guy with the gold teeth, barely speaks English, and wears a clock around his neck? You know the one.
