Boston Globe columnist rips Damon and Detroit

After being picked up on waivers by the Boston Red Sox, Johnny Damon decided to exercise his no-trade clause and nix the deal. Boston Globe columnist Bob Shaughnessy can’t understand why Damon won’t leave Detroit for Boston. Shaughnessy called Damon’s decision idiotic, he then proceeded to tear the city of Detroit a new one. Safe to say, Detroit is now officially a city Mr. Shaughnessy can cross of his list of places he can go without getting his ass kicked. Read more.
