Police in Israel certainly mean business. They’ve recently started to send injunctions to ISPs ordering them to block access to online gambling sites, signed by Police District Commanders. One ISP, 012 Smile, started to block access to foreign gambling sites, and as of Tuesday a censored version of the internet will be offered to 012 Smile users, not including access to large gambling sites such as Victor Chandler and Stan James.
Now we just wait for the unlawful legislation to go through parliament and it’ll be a safe haven from the perils of online gambling. Wouldn’t want the people of the land turning into violent gamblers now would we? Violent will do just fine thanks. Read more.
