Malta-Hitler-GamingFor history buffs, this is a neat little retrospective on gambling activities on the Mediterranean isle of Malta, dating all the way back to Roman times. Just ignore the line in the opening para about gambling being very addictive (or just go here to cleanse your palate) and which “can lead to many a broken life.” Hey, if Hitler couldn’t break Malta’s spirit, I don’t see how a lottery ticket’s going to do the deed.
