    This is actually great news for the industry and all the other companies currently on the list….Party is likely the one company that is best able to defend itself here with its voluntary leaving of the US market after passage of the UIEGA, its subsequent US Settlement and just the absurdity that a European company that does not do any business in Kentucky should in any way have itself in this case…this might actually blow up the entire case. Its also makes Kentucky look exactly like what it apparently is….a hill billy state where all that inbreeding seems to be affecting the judgement of its lawyers.
