Sportingbet reports strong World Cup performance

SportingbetThe phony battle, which has been taking place between Sportingbet and The Weather Lottery, took a turn today as the former announced it took £50m in stakes during the summer’s World Cup. The figures were in line with what management had expected, and the “strong performance” in the World Cup was down to the results going their way in a number of fixtures at the tournament.
