Anita Ayre — from Farm Girl to Charity Foundation Rock Star
In the nine months since CalvinAyre.com went live, I’ve been having a lot of fun with this here website. So much so, in fact, that I have talked my big sister Anita into putting up her own site, AnitaAyre.com, so that the rest of the world can see what a great job she does producing/hosting events at the world famous Bodog Compound in Costa Rica, and running my charitable activities via the Calvin Ayre Foundation.
Years ago, Anita was a single mother living near the poverty line on a farm in the prairie province of Saskatchewan, when I tapped her for greater things. Since then, she has done a masterful job ensuring that the Foundation is working to help families in need, as well as guaranteeing that every guest who attends a Bodog Compound event walks out those gates as an enthusiastic ambassador for all the values that the Bodog Brand embodies. She has rewarded my faith in her ten-fold, and AnitaAyre.com is her chance to take a well-deserved bow.
