Iran’s Ahmadinejad says Paul the Octopus evidence of West’s decadence
Presumably still smarting from his country’s failure to qualify for the 2010 World Cup, Iran’s president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad is lashing out at the western world’s faith in Paul the Psychic Octopus. “Those who believe in this type of thing cannot be the leaders of the global nations.” Keep in mind this is the same whackadoo who claimed that Iran had no homosexuals. But hey, perhaps Mahmoud is just pissed because he himself has been predicting the return of the Hidden Imam for years now, and there’s still no sign of the Mahdi on the arrivals board at Tehran International Airport.
