Beer-womanIt’s the kind of thing governmental bodies pride themselves on, when they think they’re making a massive stand against something, but in the end it usually turns out it’s not working.

So it will come as no surprise that Australian province Victoria’s anti-gambling plan isn’t working. Victoria’s Auditor-General tabled a report to the state parliament, which says the five-year strategy lacks targets and is not easily monitored. Methinks they might have had one too many VBs when the strategy was finalised. Read more.
