MGM sells dirt under Atlantic City Borgata casino for $73M

MGM-Resorts-Borgata-Land-SaleMGM Resorts International have let another finger slip off their grip on Atlantic City, having just sold the 11 acres of land under the Borgata casino to Vornado Realty Trust and Geyser Holdings for $73 million. The move comes as part of MGM’s disengagement from AC following New Jersey regulators’ declaration that Pansy Ho, MGM’s joint venture partner in Macau, was ‘unsuitable’ for any connection to the Jersey shore.
