UPDATED: Calvin Ayre tells CBC that BCLC blew it with PlayNow launch

Calvin-Ayre-CBC-BCLC-PlayNow-ParsonsBodog Brand founder Calvin Ayre appeared on CBC’s nightly newscast on Thursday to continue his rebuke of BCLC for the bungled launch of their online gambling site, PlayNow.com. While BC premier Gordon Campbell has publicly expressed confidence in the BC Lottery Corp. and the officials behind the launch, Ayre informed Canadian Broadcasting Corporation reporters that BCLC had blown it big time You never get a second chance to make a first impression, and with PlayNow having been rushed out long before it was ready for prime time, BCLC may have forever branded its online gambling venture with the mark of incompetence.
