Pagcor-For-SaleIt looks like Pagcor, the Philippines’ state-owned gambling authority, may be put up for public sale (and casino magnate Stanley Ho might be interested), but before that can happen, President Benigno Aquino III says the business needs to get its house in order. Hey, why don’t you assign that task to congressman Manny Pacquiao, because now that Floyd Mayweather Jr. has pussied out of fighting him, Manny’s got time on his hands and a serious need to kick something’s ass.
