BC-Barney-Frank-BillAmerica is a proud nation, whose citizens and (especially) politicians don’t take kindly to the notion that they’re second rate at anything. So on July 21st, when Rep. Barney Frank’s internet gambling legislation has its hearing before the House Financial Services Committee, how will Yankee politicians react to the news that America Jr. (that would be Canada, as it’s known in the rest of the world) has already enacted the type of scheme they’re still hemming and hawing over?
