Lottery monopolies may be bad news for free trade but they are great if you’re on the right side of the fence. Just ask GTECH Corp. Since signing a deal with the Kentucky lotteries and extending golden handshakes with the Californian and Austrian lotteries too GTECH has now ensured its finger remains in the Polish pie, namely Totalizator Sportowy.
