Loto Quebec creates online gambling committee

Loto Quebec and the Quebec government is putting together an advisory committee to study the effects of online gambling as the agency prepares to launch their own online gambling operation in the upcoming months. It’s interesting to note the committee can only offer its advice on its findings, but the government is under no obligation to respond. Sounds like another no show committee job to me. Read more.
