British model/actress Hayley Anne Crook found dead in parents’ home

Twenty-three year old British model/actress Hayley Anne Crook was discovered dead in her bed at her parents’ home earlier this month. While police have ruled out foul play, the exact cause of death has yet to be determined. I didn’t know Hayley that well, but she appeared in a recent video shoot I did in London, and I do remember her as a smart, funny and genuinely nice person, and the thought of such a promising young life brought to such a sudden and untimely end fills me with deep sorrow.

It’s said that each of us draws in some 25,000 breaths every single day. Hayley’s death is a reminder that all of us need to be mindful of each one of those breaths, and not to take a single one of them for granted.
