Greek gaming monopoly OPAP may have seen its revenues slump during this past quarter, but OPAP’s CEO is bullish on the company’s future because the Greek gov’t is promising to ‘open up’ its market to online betting within a year, and OPAP is in a good position to capitalize on this move, because, you know, it’s a fucking monopoly.
