‘Card craps’ gets around California ban on dice games

Necessity is the mother of invention. Where there’s a will, there’s a way. Fuck you and the horse you rode in on. These are all truisms that led to the development of ‘card craps’, a multi-deck table game that circumvents a California state law that prohibits dice and roulette games.
