Does Stanleybet have Napoleonic aspirations? You could be forgiven for suspecting so, given Stanleybet’s continuing campaign to engage every last European government on the field of battle (or courtroom). They’ve already launched attacks on Greece and France, and now they’re unleashing their legal furies on Italy, seeking a whopping €1.5B(!) in damages for being unfairly excluded from the Italian gaming market. Word to the wise, Stanleybet… If you find yourself contemplating a campaign in Russia, start early in the year, and bring winter clothing. Read more.
