Banks are the real threat to kids

While right wing conservatives and religious groups get all het up about the perceived but highly fictitious threat of online gambling to the youth of today this article highlights where the real dangers lie. It’s not online gambling that is the 60-year-old pervert lurking in the bushes with a flash mac and a bag of sweets, it’s the banks handing out credit cards and urging kids to spend money they don’t have. For teenagers, gambling doesn’t float their boat, so they simply don’t do it. What they do like is porn and video games and buying shit with credit cards. Just another example of the witch-hunt mentality of the anti-gaming forces being way off the pace with what it happening in the real world. Read more.
