William Hill applies for iPhone World Cup app

William Hill is leading the race to get an iPhone World Cup predictor app ahead of the start of next month’s tournament. The application for the app, which will enable users to place cash bets via the Hills website on their mobile phones, was submitted to Apple on 18 May, while Ladbrokes is also hopeful of getting approval ahead of June 11.
