Sporting Bet court case in TurkeyThree members of Sportingbet will be back in court in Turkey today as the authorities attempt to step up the crackdown on ‘illegal betting’. It’s the tiresome old state tries to monopolise gambling and prevent freedom of trade chestnut again and the charges date back to 2008. On the plus side Sportingbet is hopeful of launching in the US again once betting is regulated – not that that will help the three poor bastards sweating before the beak in Istanbul. Read more.
