PartyGaming has swooped to sign up motor racing driver Jaime Alguersuari. Now before you say ‘Who?’ apparently the 20-year-old Spaniard is a Formula 1 driver for Torro Rosso. We won’t hammer him for being a B-celeb at this stage as he’s still cutting his teeth in his sport, and, after all, who’d heard of Lewis Hamilton three years ago? Plus, Alguersuari seems like a bit of a dude, given that he’s a DJ as well as a boy racer. With winners on the poker circuit getting younger and younger by the week, looks like PartyGaming, which is trying to increase its exposure in Spain, has got their marketing right on the money with this call. Unless of course Alguersuari turns out to be the next Karun Chandhok. Who? My point entirely. Read more.
